Enter your primary company legal name (eg. "DataOn Corporation" or "PT. IndoDev Niaga Internet"). This will be displayed on reports for that company and used for licensing of the software. If you have more than one company, you will be able to enter additional company names later. Minimum 5 characters
Select your primary country of operation. If you have companies in additional countries you will be able to add those later. Country is used to determine some default settings as well as the currency for your monthly billing.
Enter the total number of employees for which the system will be processing data. You will not be able to create more employees than licensed, but can adjust the number in the future. Employees who are stored in the system but not actively processed do not need to be included (eg. employees who have resigned)
Enter the number of users who will access the system for processing or reporting purposes. One full user is required for each person who will access these features. A full user is not required for basic employee or manager self service users who will only make and approve requests (eg. leave requests) as this is available to employee users as described below
Enter the number of employees who will be able to login to the system to view their own data and make or approve requests. This must be at least the same as the number of admin users entered above. An employee user can not view most reports, utilize analytics, process payroll, adjust settings, or similar features.
